It's easy.  Simply pay your bill using direct debit, internet or phone banking to receive the 2.5% electronic payment discount when you pay in full by the due date.

The electronic payment discount is calculated on the total current charges eligible for the prompt payment discount, and will appear as a credit on your next Metrowater bill (view a sample water bill to see how this will look).
