We can arrange extended payment terms. For people with special payment difficulties, Metrowater has set up the Metrowater Community Trust. This is an independent charitable organisation that can help by:

• Assisting with water conservation measures and devices that will reduce your future water use
  
• Assisting with plumbing costs and repairs that will reduce your ongoing Metrowater bills 
  
• Assisting with 'catch-up' payment on your bill arrears (in exceptional circumstances)
