How it works
Each billing cycle (normally every three months) an email will be sent to your nominated email account with a copy of your latest Metrowater bill attached. Your paperless bill is an exact copy of the paper version, so all the usual information is in the same place. View a sample water bill.
Getting started
Getting started is easy - simply click here to register. Once you’ve completed the short online form, we’ll send an email to your nominated email account.
Simply click on the link in the email to verify your email address and complete the registration process.
If you need to change your email address down the track, you can update your email details by completing the change email address form.
Go even greener by paying electronically
