Payments and adjustments processed since your last bill.

 

Balance

The amount still outstanding from your previous bill.

 

Total amount due

The amount due for this billing period plus any outstanding amount.

 

Prompt payment discount

The amount you’ll save if you pay by the due date.

Total amount due if you pay in full by the due date.
