Special reading 

If you would like a special reading of your water meter, you can call us on 624 4800 or use our fast-track email order form. There is a fee for each special reading. Only the account holder or a solicitor representing the vendor can request a special reading and the fee will be charged to the account being read unless otherwise specified.

 

If you would like a special meter reading because of a change in tenancy please complete the form below. However if you are a Solicitor or property owner wanting to book a special meter reading due to a change in ownership please fill in the move out form.
