The use of Metrowater’s paperless bill facility is subject to the following terms and conditions and Metrowater’s Customer Terms for residential and non-residential customers.
- By registering to receive your Metrowater Bill by email you will no longer receive a paper bill by post.
- If you register for the paperless bill service within 7 days of your next bill being posted, you may not receive your paperless bill until the following billing period.
- You may elect to switch back to receiving paper bills on an on-going basis at any time by notifying us at the Paperless Bill deregister page, in writing or by calling our Customer Service Team on 624 4800.
- You will be deemed to have received any invoice, bill or notification sent to your email address 3 days after we have sent it to you.
- Metrowater may charge an administration fee if while registered for this service you request bill copies to be mailed to you via standard post.
Please Note: The Paperless Bill service will commence in January 2009.
